1.Check the condition and voltage of your batteries,it's not suitable for batteries below 9V or exceed 200Ah.
2.Choose correct voltage,4*12V batteries in series,please choose 48V.
3.Determine the positive pole(+) and negative pole(-)of the battery. In general, red is positive and black is negative.
4.Choose"LOW" charging rate before turing on the power switch.
5.While charging the battery, the ammeter arrow will be constantly approaching ZERO.When full chargerd,the ammeter points to "0".
6.The cooling fan will start to work when the temperature of the heat sink is 104-149 °F.
